Financial Policy

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. We also offer Care Credit, which is a health care loan company. They will loan you money for your care if you meet their qualifications.

If you have dental and/or medical insurance, we will be happy to file your insurance claims as a courtesy to you. We will file to any insurance company, but please keep in mind we may not be a participating provider or in network with all of them. Please also realize that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company and you are ultimately responsible for your own insurance benefits. We will contact your insurance company and find out what their estimated payment for your claim will be. On the day of surgery we ask you to pay the difference between our charges and your insurance company’s estimated benefits.

Insurance companies do not guarantee to pay the benefits exactly as they estimated. This is why we give you a quote. We never know the exact amount of your financial responsibility until after the claim has been processed. If your insurance pays more than the quote, we will mail a refund check to you. If insurance pays less, we will send you a bill.
